$3,000 + Additional staffing as needed.
This package is for the couple who already has an idea of the details and design for their wedding day and has booked or plans to book their venue and all vendors on their own, but needs the expertise to pull it all together leading up to and on the day of the event. Services begin 6 weeks prior to event date and includes the following:
A shared google doc with action items to help you stay on task from the moment of booking up to the final day
Unlimited phone and email availability starting 6 weeks from your wedding date
A 3-4 hour call/meeting detailing all of your planning leading up to the wedding month including a review of all contracts, proposals, invoices, timeline, layout, and other logistical items
Assistance with remaining action items leading up the wedding day
Rehearsal coordination
Creation and execution of the itinerary and timeline on the wedding day
Primary point of contact for all vendors 30 days from wedding date
Troubleshooting as needed on the wedding day (we have an emergency kit!)

You’ve got the ring, the fiance, and the Pinterest board created, but it’s overwhelming (I understand - it’s a lot!), and you’re busy and want to place it in the hands of someone who has the eye and expertise to pull it all together seamlessly - this is the package for you and includes all items listed in month-of coordination plus:
In-depth planning + detail meetings
Scheduling vendor meetings
Venue research + recommendation to fit budget and style
Assisting and development of invitations + save the dates
Budget Management
Checking availability, proposal review + preparation for vendors
Primary point of contact for all vendors through the entire planning process

01. CONSULTATION CALL
Upon submitting an inquiry found on our contact page, I will follow up with a date and time for a consultation call. On the call, we will confirm availability of your wedding date and learn more about each other to find out if we are the right fit for each other. I will want to hear your story (yes, all the details: how you met, proposal story, what you love to do together, etc!). In return, I will share more about myself and what you can expect from my service throughout your wedding journey. When you decide to move forward with our services, we will send our electronic contract over for you to sign.
02. SIGN CONTRACT AND COMPLETE FIRST INSTALLMENT
Upon signing the contract and completing your first installment, we will reserve your date with us and allow you access to our online planning resources full of checklists and action items for both parties.
03. LET THE PLANNING BEGIN
Depending on the package you choose and your planning needs, we will coordinate a schedule to connect with check-ins along the way from then until the wedding day. These schedules vary from couple to couple and are planned accordingly.
